Sai Speciality Center ("we", "us", "the clinic") operates this website at www.saispecialitycenter.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The clinic is at 201-1, 1st A Cross, 2nd Main Road, East of NGEF Layout, Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.
1. What we collect
Through the appointment form: your name, phone number, email address, the speciality you are enquiring about, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in the notes box.
Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and the message you write.
The notes and message boxes are free text. Patients often describe symptoms, test results or a medical history there. Anything you write in those boxes is treated as health information and handled as described in section 4.
Automatically, through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and how long you stayed. This is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not ask for identity documents, insurance numbers or medical records online.
2. Why we collect it
- To contact you about the appointment or the question you submitted.
- To schedule, confirm or reschedule a consultation.
- To answer a clinical question you have asked.
- To understand which pages patients find useful.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for marketing unless you have separately asked us to.
3. Where it goes
Form submissions are stored on the website's server and emailed to the clinic at saispecialitycenter.helpdesk@gmail.com. They are read by clinic staff and by Dr. Kavitha Lakshmi Easwaran.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can prevent it using a browser setting or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
The website is hosted on infrastructure operated by A2 Hosting.
4. Health information
Anything you tell us about your symptoms, your history or your test results is treated as confidential medical information. It is seen only by the clinic and the treating doctor. It is never published, never shared with a third party without your consent, and never used in marketing.
Please do not send urgent or emergency medical information through this website. It is not monitored continuously, and the clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays. In an emergency, call the clinic on 80887 01001 or go to the nearest emergency department.
5. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless they have become part of your clinical record, in which case they are kept for as long as medical record keeping requirements in India require.
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, which is the default setting.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to count visits and understand how pages are used. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not share cookie data with advertising networks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will continue to work.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your enquiry from our records,
- stop contacting you.

8. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information through the forms from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian should submit an enquiry on behalf of a minor.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. A material change is noted at the top of the page for 30 days.
