This agreement, also referred to as our terms and conditions, applies to your use of www.saispecialitycenter.com, operated by Sai Speciality Center, Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru. By using the website you accept it. If you do not accept it, please do not use the website.
1. Medical disclaimer
The information on this website is general health information. It is published to help you understand conditions and procedures. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for a consultation.
Reading this website does not create a doctor and patient relationship between you and Sai Speciality Center or any doctor practising here. That relationship begins when you are seen in consultation.
Never delay seeking medical advice, and never disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here. Every patient is different and what is right for one person can be wrong for another.
In a medical emergency, do not use this website. Call 80887 01001 or go to the nearest emergency department.
2. Clinical content and authorship
Clinical content on this website is written and reviewed by Dr. Kavitha Lakshmi Easwaran, MBBS, MD (OBG), Karnataka Medical Council registration number 69643.
We review content periodically. Medical guidance changes, and an article that was accurate when it was published may not reflect current practice. The date on each article tells you when it was written.
3. Appointments
An appointment request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. The clinic will contact you to confirm a slot. Appointments are subject to doctor availability.
The clinic is open Monday to Saturday 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Closed on Sunday. Public holidays are closed days as well. A request submitted on a Sunday is answered on the next working day.
If you cannot attend a confirmed appointment, please call 80887 01001 to cancel or reschedule, with at least 4 hours notice, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are payable at the clinic. This website does not take payments and never asks you for card details, bank details, a one time password or a UPI approval.
The clinic collects payment only at its own counter and through its own published channels. If anyone asks you to pay in any other way in the clinic's name, do not pay, and tell us on 80887 01001.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short, fees for a service that has been provided are not refundable, and the one exception is an error in a laboratory report, which is refundable on proof.
6. Accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this website correct and current, including clinic timings, services and contact details. We cannot guarantee that every page is free of error or completely up to date at all times. Timings and the availability of visiting consultants can change. Please call before travelling.
7. Acceptable use
You may use this website to read about the clinic, to contact us and to request an appointment. You may not submit false information, submit another person's information without their consent, use the forms to send unsolicited marketing, or attempt to interfere with the website or gain access to any part of it that is not public.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to external sources, including medical references and directory listings. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, clinic name and logo on this website belong to Sai Speciality Center. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish our content on another website, in print or in any other medium without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sai Speciality Center is not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on information published on this website, from any interruption to the website, or from the use of any external website linked from it.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from clinical care provided at the clinic. This clause protects the website, not the medical practice.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
